WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM SCULPTRA® INJECTIONS?

Our Sculptra® treatments fit easily into your schedule. The injections take 15 to 30 minutes, and the entire appointment is less than one hour. Your plastic surgeon begins the treatment by identifying injection sites for depositing the Sculptra® gel. Multiple injections are needed to produce even, consistent, natural results.

The gel gives an immediate lift to the skin, so you may notice some reduction in wrinkles. Collagen production may take several weeks, so the full results are more gradual than sudden and dramatic.

Symptoms may develop due to the process of injecting the Sculptra® gel into the skin. The most common symptoms are localized swelling, tiny drops of blood, and tenderness around each injection site.
